Mac Miller made an album last year called The Divine Feminine. It was probably the album that strayed furthest away from his roots content-wise, delving into love and the affect it has on the self. It spurred songs like “My Favorite Part” and “Dang!” with Anderson .Paak and became of one Miller’s most wholesome projects to date.
Though it came out seven months ago and hype for the project has since settled down into a retrospective praise, Mac Miller is putting one final bow on the project with a video for “Cinderella.”
The video turns the eight-minute song into a 12-minute short film, where Mac gets taken to some sort of love club — headlined by Ty Dolla $ign — and looks for the angel whom he raps about in the song.
